Treptow/Köpenick, Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg, Tempelhof/Schöneberg, Neukölln, Gropiusstadt; 40.200 Miet und Gewerbeeinheiten mit ca. 570 Hebeanlagen; Bei der auszuschreibenden Leistung handelt es sich um Wartungsleistungen im Gewerk Pumpen und Hebeanlagen. Der Umfang reicht dabei von Wartungen und Prüfungen bis zu gesondert beauftragten Instandhaltungsleistungen aus. Diese Leistungen erfolgen im bewohnten und unbewohnten Zustand der Gebäude. Der Zeitpunkt für die Erbringung der Leistung reicht von kurzfristig (z.B. nach Havarie) und bis zu zwei Wochen (z.B. Instandhaltung einer neuen Anlage). Der Einzelauftragswert ist auf max. 10 T€ netto begrenzt und kann bei einem gesonderten Instandhaltungsauftrag nach Angebot erhöht werden.
