Ajánlatkérő részére 2,2m2-2,5m2 membrán felületű nyitott (gravitációs) oxymodulba integrált artériás filteres oxigenátor beszerzése 434 db mennyiségben a Közbeszerzési Dokumentáció részét képező Kereskedelmi ajánlatban és Műszaki Leírásban részletesen meghatározottak szerint. A beszerzés tárgyának meghatározása a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdés rendelkezésének figyelembevételével történt a beszerzendő termékek jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében. Ajánlatkérő a megnevezett termékekkel (és gyártmányokkal) egyenértékű teljesítést elfogad. Kétség esetén az egyenértékűség bizonyítása ajánlattevőt terheli.
