Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Serviceleistungen für das ALE-basierte IPC-H TK-System und dessen mögliche Erweiterungen und Veränderungen sowie die Lieferung erforderlicher Systemkomponenten, einschließlich der Herbeiführung der Betriebsbe-reitschaft durch den Auftragnehmer und etwaiger weiterer Dienstleistungen für die Planung von Erweiterungen und Standorterschließungen für das IPC-H TK-System und die in den Standorten verbaute TK-Infrastruktur.
