The tenderer shall advise the Customer on how to improve their services through increased utilisation of technological innovation. At the same time, the framework agreement shall allow the Customer to have a good overview of existing interrogation room equipment, including facilitating the preparation of efficient ordering routines. The framework agreement is for the procurement and delivery of products, equipment and software (connected to the products), contracts for service and maintenance, guarantees, advice and assistance.
