Second-Level-Support für die Schulen des Kreises Unna in drei Losen zu je 65 Wochenstunden. Der Second-Level-Support beinhaltet u.a.: - Wartung und Support der Netzwerkinfrastruktur und IT-Sicherheitskomponenten des pädagogischen Netzwerkes - Wartung und Support der Serverinfrastruktur - Wartung und Support der Endgeräte - Reparatur bzw. Austausch defekter Endgeräte - Inbetriebnahme neue Systemhardware oder Installation neuer Systemsoftware - Installation und Konfiguration neuer Anwendungssoftware - Benutzerverwaltung - Datensicherung und -rücksicherung - technische Dokumentation - technische Einweisung und Unterstützung der IT-Koordinatoren an den Schulen - Monitoring im technischen Betrieb - Beratung und Berichterstattung an den Schulträger
