Det skal anskaffes kurs for arbeidssøkere mellom 19 og 30 år. Kurset skal gi deltakerne karriereveiledning, opplæring i jobbsøking og relevant arbeidspraksis, som setter dem i stand til å bli kjent med arbeidslivet og arbeidssituasjoner.
