Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Entwicklung, Implementierung und der Betrieb einer KI-gestützten Assistenzsoftware zur Unterstützung der Begutachtung vermuteter Behandlungsfehler beim Medizinischen Dienst Nordrhein. Die Lösung soll umfangreiche medizinische Unterlagen automatisiert analysieren, relevante Informationen extrahieren und strukturieren, Behandlungsverläufe darstellen, Recherchefunktionen bereitstellen sowie bei der Erstellung von Sachverhaltsdarstellungen und Gutachtenentwürfen unterstützen. Die fachliche Bewertung und Freigabe verbleiben stets bei den Gutachterinnen und Gutachtern; Entwicklung und Betrieb erfolgen unter besonderen Anforderungen an Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und KI-Regulierung.
