Datenschutzkonforme Durchführung Scanverfahren für die tägliche Eingangspost durch einen externen Dienstleister in eigenen Räumlichkeiten des Dienstleisters; Scan-Gut der Behörde wird somit zum Scannen an den Dienstleister vom AG vorsortiert zu übergeben. Die vollständigen Prozessschritte von der Abholung, dem Scannen, Indexieren bis zur Vernichtung und Rücksendung von Originaldokumenten etc. an den Auftraggeber obliegen dem Dienstleister. Der Ausführungszeitraum beginnt mit einer 6-monatigen Erprobungsphase.
