Spălare, uscare, călcare/finisare și ambalare lenjerie de pat conform Caiet de sarcini ai a Anexei la Caietul de Sarcini Prestatorul constituie pentru fiecare contract subsecvent o garanție de bună execuție de 2% din valoarea fără TVA a acelui contract, în termen de cinci zile lucrătoare de la semnarea de ambele părți, prin modalitățile admise de art. 154 din Legea nr. 98/2016 și de normele aplicabile.
