Description
Das Denkmalgeschützte Gebäude der Universität Rostock an der Parkstr. 6 wird ab Juli 2026 grundsaniert. Dafür werden Anpassungsarbeiten am Dachstuhl, Reparaturen an der Dachentwässerung, Halterungen für die PV-Anlage und das Einfügen von 12 Lüftungsgittern notwendig. Die Arbeiten beinhalten im Wesentlichen: - Herstellung provisorische Einbringöffnung Dach - Sparrenverstärkung für PV und für Lüftungsgitter - Montieren einer UK für eine PV – Anlage - Montage von Sicherheitseinrichtungen wie Steigtritt, Standrost, Anschlagpunkt, Schienen für Seilsicherungssystem - Lieferung und Einsetzen von 12 Lüftungsgittern und einer Schachtentrauchung - Einsetzen von 14 Durchführungen von TGA-Entlüftungen - Dachentwässerung überarbeiten
