Formålet er å inngå en rammeavtale for varslingsløsning for utsendelse av SMS og talemelding fra beredskaps- og krisestøtteverktøyet RAYVN. Avtalen omfatter kun varslingsløsning for DSBs virksomhet, og ikke øvrige kommunale eller statlige og øvrige virksomheter som er tilsluttet avtalen og som har gjort avrop på DSBs avtale med RAYVN AS/Proactima AS.
