Hankinnan kohteena on Kultarantaan suunnitteilla olevan uuden tapahtumapaviljongin (Kultaranta-paviljonki) ja Savilan rakennustyöt. Savila pitää sisällään päärakennuksen peruskorjauksen, saunan purun ja varaston rakentamisen.
