Le présent marché a pour objet de faire assurer par le Titulaire, pour le compte de la Communauté Urbaine Grand Paris Seine & Oise (GPS&O), l'exploitation et l'entretien de la station d'épuration des eaux usées (STEP), du bassin de stockage-restitution (BSR), postes de refoulement (PR), déversoir d'orage (DO) y compris canalisation de refoulement et ouvrages associés de Gargenville, situées en rive droite de la Seine.
