Amendment A04: 1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment A04 is to (1) Post the some of the remaining questions and answers (Q&As), (2) Post the final Geotech Report, and (3) extend the offers due date. 2. Attached are the answers to the some of the remaining questions received and attachment J01a GeoTech 10Sep2024. 3. The offers due date is extended to 11/12/2026. 4. The Government may provide updated attachments when the remaining Q&A’s are posted. 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A03: 1.
