Anskaffelsen omfatter levering av kantinedrift til Statsforvalteren i Troms og Finnmark til sitt kontorsted i Vadsø. Kantinedriften omfatter daglig levering av varm og kald mat, salg av lunsj og kioskvarer til ansatte og gjester, daglig drift og renhold av en helautomatisk kaffemaskin og en termostrakter i kantinen, mat og kaffe til møter og mindre arrangement/selskap etter behov. Det er ca. 160 ansatte som arbeider i bygget og som kan benytte seg av kantinens tjenester.
