Description

Kristiansand municipality shall enter into new framework agreements for the delivery of furniture for different purposes, including offices and social zones, nurseries, schools and before-and-after-school care and institutions. The objective of the procurements is to ensure access to functional and appropriate products that meet the contracting authority ́s needs in an efficient and flexible way. The tenderers shall be system orientated and shall contribute to good collaboration processes. Kristiansand municipality has, at the same time, a clear ambition to support sustainable development and circular economy within the furniture area. This means that the furniture shall be of high quality, have a long lifetime, and be able to be maintained, repaired, reused or redesigned for new use. The offered products shall be sturdy and durable, but it shall also be possible to choose simple and cheaper alternatives where this is considered most appropriate based on needs and context. The procurement is divided into the following sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 - Framework agreement furniture - Office and social zones Sub-contract 2 - Framework agreement furniture - Institution Sub-contract 3 - Framework agreement furniture - before-and-after-school care and Sub-contract 4 - Framework agreement furniture - Nursery school Tenders can be submitted for each sub-contract. However, it is not possible to submit a combined tender. Each sub-contract will be evaluated individually. All the competition documents in the competition are connected to the main tender. All sub-contracts are for Kristiansand municipality. There are, however, several framework agreement parties for sub-contract 1.
