Description
Bituminöse Dachabdichtung für einen zweigeschossigen Neubau mit 750 m² Betondachdecke, für ein eingeschossiges Nebengebäude mit 130 m² Trapezblechdecke und für zwei außenliegende Umgänge eines Turms im 8. und 9. OG (90 bzw. 180 m²), jeweils zweilagig plus Voranstrich und Dampfsperre, Gefälledämmung aus EPS, Steinwolle, Schaumglas, teilweise Attika-Vertikaldämmung, teilweise Kiesschüttung, Betonplattenlaufwege. Klempnerarbeiten mit 225 m Alu-Attikaabdeckung mit Unterkonstruktion, 25 m Dachrinne und 235 m Fallrohre aus Titanzink. Ausführung in vier Bauabschnitten, enge Verzahnung mit anderen Gewerken, hohe Kooperationsbereitschaft und Termintreue erforderlich.
