1.Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte są w załącznikach: 1) Specyfikacji asortymentowo-cenowej - załącznik nr 2.1 do SWZ, 2) Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy – załącznik nr 4 do SWZ 3. Zamawiający w niniejszym postępowaniu przetargowym przy ocenie ofert będzie stosował procedurę określoną w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp.
