Udbuddet vedrører rådgivningsydelse i forbindelse med Fremtidens Afløbssystem. Med Klimahandleplan 2022 samt Svendborg Kommunes ejerpolitik 2022-2025 har Svendborg Kommune, i tæt samarbejde med Svendborg Spildevand A/S, sat retningslinjer for kommunens langsigtede klimaindsats. Formålet med klima-tilpasningen er at blive robuste overfor vand generelt. Målet er samtidig at se vand som en ressource og et rekreativt element, og få det guidet derhen, hvor det gør nytte og væk derfra hvor det gør skade. I Fremtidens Afløbssystem skal det vælges, hvilke afløbstyper der er mest hensigtsmæssige at anlægge i kommunen i fremtiden.
