Description
Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von insgesamt 4 Solobussen mit Elektroantrieb und 6 Gelenkbussen mit Elektroantrieb zur Elektrifizierung der Busflotte. Die technischen Anforderungen und weiteren Leistungsgegenstände sind den An-lagen dieses Vergabeverfahrens zu entnehmen. Spätester Liefertermin für die Fahrzeuge ist der 01.06.2027. Frühester Liefertermin ist der 15.04.2027. Anzubieten sind ferner optionale Leistungen gemäß Preisblatt. Insoweit handelt es sich um für den Auftraggeber einseitig ausübbare Optionsrechte. Die etwaige Ausübung erfolgt mit Zuschlagserteilung mit Ausnahme des Fahrzeugrückkaufs; diese Option wird spätestens nach Ablauf von 12 Jahren ab Lieferung ausgeübt.
