Description

Die Stadt Itzehoe beabsichtigt, die Freianlagen der ehemaligen Zementfabrik "Alsen" zu einer Multifunktionsfläche umzugestalten und benötigt dafür Planungsleistungen, welche durch ein Landschaftsarchitekturbüro zu erbringen sind. Die hier vorliegende Ausschreibung betrifft die Planungsleistung zum Leistungsbild Freianlagen nach § 39 HOAI, Honorarzone III, Leistungsphase 1 - 9 (stufenweise). Eine umfangreiche Machbarkeitsstudie mit Nutzungskonzept liegt vor. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Vergabe. Zu erbringen sind Leistungen der Landschaftsarchitektur zum Leistungsbild Freianlagen nach § 39 HOAI sowie besondere Leistungen.
