Description
Gegenstand des Wettbewerbs ist der hochbauliche Entwurf eines Neubaus inkl. Freianlagen auf dem Gelände der Konrad-Adenauer-Hauptschule. Es soll eine 5-zügige Realschule für ca. 720 Schüler*innen und eine 2-zügige Hauptschule mit ca. 240 Schüler*innen in verschiedenen Bauabschnitten realisiert werden. Insgesamt soll eine Fläche mit ca. 15.400 m² BGF und ca. 16.000 m² für Freianlagen entstehen. Hierfür ist ein Budget von ca.44 Mio. EUR brutto für die Kostengruppen 300+400 und ca. 2,5 Mio. EUR brutto für die Kostengruppe 500 geplant. Zusätzlich zum Neubau ist eine freiraumplanerische Gesamtlösung unter Einbezug der zu erhaltenden Sporthalle zu entwickeln.
