Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan osallistumishakemuksen Joensuun kaupunkikeskusta-alueelle toteutettavaksi kaavaillun musiikki- ja kulttuuritalon käytöstä. Hankinnan kohteena on pitkäaikainen sopimus Joensuun kaupungin käyttötarpeiden toteuttamiseksi yksityisen toimijan toteuttamassa, ylläpitämässä ja operoimassa musiikki- ja kulttuuritalossa. Kilpailutuksen kohteena oleva sopimus tehdään yhden (1) palveluntuottajan kanssa. Osallistumishakemus on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen.
