Calls will be made up to the Simplified Acquisition Threshold but may be placed up to the increased threshold as found in RFO 12.001(c). Total estimated/possible value of the calls placed against these BPAs could be up to $22M over a five-year period (1 Nov 2026-31 Oct 2031). No further documentation - such as a solicitation - will be posted in connection with this announcement.
