Description
Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt im Rahmen der Modernisierung seiner IT-Systemlandschaft die Beschaffung einer neuen Einkaufssoftware. Das neue System soll den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess unterstützen, von der Bedarfsermittlung über die Abwicklung von Bestellungen bis hin zu der Verwaltung von Stammdaten (zB Lieferantenbeziehungen). Es soll als Gesamtlösung modular aufgebaut und schrittweise umgesetzt werden können. Die Software muss auf einem etablierten System (Standardsoftware) basieren und an die individuellen Anforderungen des Auftraggebers anpassbar sein (customizing).
