Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór z Międzygminnego Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. w Wardyniu Górnym, transport oraz zagospodarowanie w procesie odzysku odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 - inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11, stanowiących frakcję posortowniczą powstającą przy mechanicznym przetwarzaniu odpadów, w szczególności odpadów o kodach 20 01 03, 20 01 99 i 20 03 07. Maksymalna ilość odpadów objęta umową wynosi 20 000 Mg.
