Nærværende udbudsbekendtgørelse gælder for udbud af rådgivning vedr. Albertslund Kommunes konvertering til lavtemperatur-fjernvarme. Albertslund Kommune er i gang med at konvertere sin ejendomsportefølje til lavtemperatur-fjernvarme. Dette kræver tilpasninger af de kommunale bygninger for at sikre kompatibilitet med lavere fremløbstemperaturer. Bygherren ønsker med dette udbud at indgå rammeaftaler og efterfølgende konkrete rådgiverkontrakter med en rådgiver (totalrådgiver), som skal stå for den nærmere planlægning, projektering, udbud og gennemførelse af de nødvendige tiltag på ejendommene.
