Description

Rammeavtalen gjelder alt arbeid knyttet til prosjektutvikling og utarbeidelse av formelle planer etter plan- og bygningsloven for prosjekter og strekninger i Nye Veier sin portefølje, herunder prosjektering og utarbeidelse av konkurransegrunnlag for gjennomføring av mindre tiltak på utbedringsstrekningene. Rådgiver skal lede, organisere alt arbeid i henhold til avtalen , herunder arbeid med nødvendig grunnlags-, analyse- og utredningsarbeid.
