Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere en rammeavtale som dekker Oppdragsgivers behov for leasing og administrasjon av sivile kjøretøy. Avtalen skal dekke hoveddelen av Oppdragsgivers behov for slike kjøretøy.Kjøretøyene skal brukes av Oppdragsgivers personell i daglig virksomhet, i møte og reisevirksomhet og i forbindelse med øvelser og trening. Kjøretøyene som leases skal benyttes i faste og oppdukkende behov.
