Description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are inviting bids from organisations who are able to provide asbestos removal services. The procurement will look to secure a single contractor to undertake asbestos removal and abatement for all properties and locations managed by RMBC. These properties encompass domestic units, communal areas, and other assets and buildings within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA). RMBC oversees approximately 20,000 homes and a portfolio of around 6,000 additional assets. The contract will also cover asbestos collection and disposal that has been illegally left in outdoor locations within the Borough. This is a further competition utilising the ProcurePublic Compliance and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
