Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa realizacja minimalnie 3 (zamówienie podstawowe), a maksymalnie 5 (2 badania to zamówienie opcjonalne) badań ilościowych na reprezentatywnej próbie respondentów. Dla każdego badania Zamawiający przewiduje metodę jego realizacji spośród: CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing) albo CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing), z uwzględnieniem możliwości łączenia metod w ramach jednego badania (mix metod CAWI i CATI)
