Description
The school year 2027-2028, Udir is carrying out an experiment with a new voluntary programme subject on the education programme for study specialisation for students at sixth form colleges. The subject 'research teaching with the recess assignment' (hereafter called FF) aims at preparing pupils for further studies. The subject has content and skills that are not necessarily covered in other disciplines, but which are particularly relevant for higher education. Examples of such content are: method knowledge, basic science theory, research ethics and ethical and appropriate use of artificial intelligence. See the experimental curriculum in the subject here Experimental curriculum: Research teaching with in-depth assignment, vg3 (FLF03 01) and information on the trial here: Trial with new optional programme subject on vg3. The pupils shall have an on-going assessment, on the same basis as other disciplines. As a part of the ongoing assessment, the pupils shall, in the first half of the training, carry out, among other things, two obligatory pupil works that shall be assessed by the teacher. Each pupil shall, in addition, submit a recess assignment with a problem connected to the pupil ́s other programme subjects at sixth form colleges. The in-depth assignment is in writing and it shall be assessed by a teacher and another teacher. The recess assignment, with subsequent assignment discussions, shall form the main basis for the stance assessment, although other assessment work shall also be included in the assessment documentation. Teaching aids are not specifically prepared for this subject.
