The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, access equipment, routine maintenance materials, cleaning supplies, waste handling, testing, service labels, and documentation required by this PWS. The recurring scope includes five kitchen fire suppression systems and five Kidde IND-21 Hazmat dry chemical systems, with monthly inspections of all ten systems, semiannual maintenance and service certification, and annual maintenance tasks. Appendix A identifies equipment and locations; Appendix B states service quantities, deliverables, and performance standards. The prime Contractor remains responsible for all subcontracted work and for submitting complete records directly to the COR. A kitchen cleaning report does not document fire suppression system maintenance, monthly suppression inspections, or grease-trap service; each service shall have its own identifiable record.
