Predmetom zákazky s názvom „Pracovná a bezpečnostná obuv“ je dodávka tovaru – pracovnej a bezpečnostnej obuvi pre potreby zamestnancov obstarávateľa v rámci plnenia povinnosti obstarávateľa v zmysle ust. zákona č. 124/2006 Z. z. o bezpečnosti a ochrane zdravia pri práci a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov poskytovať zamestnancom potrebné účinné osobné ochranné pracovné prostriedky. Bližší opis predmetu zákazky tvorí prílohu č. 2 a č. 9 týchto súťažných podkladov.
