Enköpings kommun har även ett behov av att köpa service och support samt förbrukningsmaterial till både nya printers och ca 100 befintliga Kyocera printers. Med printer avses multifunktionsskrivare för utskrift, kopiering och skanning samt skrivare. Enköpings kommun har även ca 300 befintliga Canon printrar som inte omfattas av den här uphandlingen.
