Lieferung von Lizenzen zu den Softwareprodukten des Herstellers Adobe im Vertragsmodell Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA – nicht standardisiert) einschließlich einer anfänglichen Baseline und eines optionalen Leistungsteils bzw. der Möglichkeit zur Deckung zusätzlicher Lizenzbedarfe während der Vertragslaufzeit verknüpft mit der Erbringung damit verbundener Services, insbesondere der Bereitstellung und des Betriebs eines mandantenfähigen Lizenzmanagement-Portals, in welchem die Standorte des AG angelegt, administriert und abgerechnet werden können, sowie sonstiger Unterstützungs- und Verwaltungsleistungen.
