Description
Die Elektroinstallation erfolgt sowohl in Betonfertigteilen und im Trockenbau im Neubau und im Altbau werden auch Leitungen unterputz verlegt. Die NSHV wird im Neubau UG errichtet. Im Gebäude werden 14 Unterverteiler montiert. Die Kabelverlegung erfolgt in den Zwischendecken mit einer lichten Höhe von 10 cm. Des weiteren bestehen zum Flurbereich Installationsräume die von anderen Gewerken genutzt werden. Die Beleuchtung wird durchgängig auf eine LED Beleuchtung umgestellt. Neben der Niederspannungsinstallation sind folgende weitere elektrotechnische Anlagen im Objekt zu realisieren: •Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage und Fluchtwegebeleuchtung. •Beschallungsanlage, Amokalarmanlage •Errichtung einer sternförmigen EDV-Verkabelung •Amokalarm •Telefonverkabelung •Steuerung und Regelung der elektrischen Anlagen
