Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmer (Laufzeit 4 Jahre mit der Option auf Verlängerung um ein Jahr) für die Einzelabrufe durch stationäre Langzeitpflegeeinrichtungen, Einrichtungen für Menschen mit Behinderung und Einrichtungen der mobilen Pflege über den Kauf bzw. die Lizensierung, Betrieb, Wartung und gegebenenfalls Anpassung und Erweiterung eines Softwaresystems zur Unterstützung der Medikationsprozesses.
