SWO De Wolden Hoogeveen (hierna te noemen SWO) De SWO behartigt de belangen van 2 Drentse gemeenten (Hoogeveen en De Wolden) en heeft vanuit die rol overeenkomsten met PinkRoccade Local Government. Deze overeenkomsten expireren eind 2023. Naar oordeel van de SWO is PinkRoccade Local Government (hierna te noemen PinkRoccade) op dit moment de enige partij die nu aantoonbaar kan voldoen aan de huidige eisen en architectuur van de SWO.
