Description
Lagepläne werden dem Bieter erst nach Unterzeichnung der Vertraulichkeitserklärung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Objektbesichtigung ist für alle Bieter verpflichtend und zwingende Voraussetzung für die Wertung des Angebots. Der Auftraggeber stellt über jede Besichtigung eine Teilnahmebestätigung aus. Diese ist dem Angebot beizufügen; sie ist kein Eignungsnachweis, sondern der Nachweis der Kenntnis der für die Auftragsausführung maßgeblichen Umstände. Angebote von Bietern, die nicht teilgenommen haben, werden von der Wertung ausgeschlossen. Die Termine für die Objektbesichtigung vereinbaren die Bieter mit Frau Lyuzi Kirchgeorg-Muradyan, Telefon 0345 132 7282.
