Leistungen: Die Stiftung St. Nikolaihof, vertreten durch die Hansestadt Lüneburg beabsichtigt die Sanierung der Gebäude 19 (BJ 1559) sowie 19 (BJ. 19. Jahrhundert). Die Sanierung wird durch die Städtebauförderung gefördert. Beide Gebäude stehen unter Denkmalschutz und sollen umfassend saniert und modernisiert werden. Beide Gebäude sollen gleichzeitig saniert werden. Für die Phase II werden 3 -5 Büros zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert. Vergabe-Nr.: 130-25-81
