Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Serviceleistungen zum Betrieb von Windows-, Unix-Server- und Virtualisierungs-Infrastrukturen mit entsprechender Soft- und Hardware, Active Directory, Public-Key-Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Hybridumgebung, Applikationsdienste auf den genannten Systemen (wie z. B. fernsehtechnische Systeme, Webservices). Teil der Serviceleistungen sind neben der reinen Betriebsleistung auch vor Ort Services, Rufbereitschaft und ggf. nötige Leistungserbringung außerhalb der vereinbarten Servicezeiten. Das Netzwerk des ZDF ist nicht Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung.
