Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je výkon funkce technického dozoru stavebníka, koordinátora BOZP a projektový management stavby parkovacího domu APC. Bližší specifikace plnění je uvedena v přílohách ZD, a to zejm. v Příloze D. Realizace Parkovacího domu APC bude probíhat v režimu Design and Build, kdy Zhotovitel bude odpovědný jak za zhotovení stavby, tak za přípravu projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby.
