Mit der PoPP-Lösung soll eine Nachfolgetechnologie flächendeckend zur Verfügung stehen, die eine geeignete Basis für die TI2.0 Architektur bietet, d.h. weitestgehend ohne Konnektor auskommt und auf Basisfunktionalitäten der Zero Trust Architektur baut. Diese soll neben der eGK auch die digitale Identität für Versicherte unterstützen (GesundheitsID). Letztere soll gemäß §291 Abs. 8 Satz 2 (SGB V) in Verbindung mit VSDM 2.0 auch als Versicherungsnachweis dienen. Im Rahmen der Projektphase ist die Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft des Gesamtsystems PoPP-Systems geschuldet. Die Betriebsphase (umfasst auch Systemservice und Weiterentwicklung) beginnt nach der Abnahme des Gesamtsystems.
