Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje m.in.: 1) remont elewacji frontowej, 2) ocieplenie elewacji podwórzowej, 3) ocieplenie stropu strychowego, 4) ocieplenie stropu piwnicznego, 5) wymianę stolarki okiennej, 6) remont piwnicy, 7) wykonanie izolacji pionowej ścian fundamentowych, 8) remont dachu, 9) wykonanie opaski z płyt betonowych przy budynku, 10) remont lokalu mieszkalnego (pustostanu) nr 18, 11) wykonanie oświetlenia piwnicy i strychu, 12) wykonanie, dostarczenie i montaż „tablicy informacyjnej dla mieszkańców", zgodnie z „Instrukcją dla Wykonawcy, Zasady oznakowania inwestycji w zakresie informacji dla mieszkańców”.
