Description
Hankinnan osien kohteena ovat yksilöimättömät kiinteistöjen rakennustekniset työt. Sähkötöiden osa-alue voi sisältää myös sähkötöiden suunnittelutyötä. Sähkötekniset korjaus- ja muutostyöt voivat olla luonteeltaan tuntitöinä toteutettavia pienehköjä töitä (esim. asennustyöt sekä pienet tilamuutokset) tai laajempia, erikseen puitejärjestelyn sisällä kilpailutettavia pienurakoita. Sähkötekniset korjaus- ja muutostyöt voivat tarvittaessa sisältää myös sähköteknistä suunnittelutyötä. Osa-alueeseen sisältyy Tilaajan lisähankintamahdollisuutena (optio) paloturvajärjestelmien huolto- ja kunnossapitopalvelut. Erityisesti sähköteknisten töiden osa-alueella esiintyy pienempiä akuutteja töitä.
