Description
Ziel des Projekts ist es, einen Handlungsrahmen für die Inbetriebnahmegenehmigung fahrerloser Straßenbahnen zu schaffen, ohne die Notwendigkeit von Ausnahmegenehmigungen im Einzelfall durch den gesonderten Nachweis gleicher Sicherheit. Hierfür soll untersucht werden, welche technisch-funktionalen, sicherheitsbezogenen und betrieblichen Vorgaben für die Inbetriebnahme des Gesamtsystems Straßenbahn oder einzelner Systemkomponenten geregelt werden und auf welcher regulatorischen Ebene diese verankert sein sollten.
