Predmetom jednotlivých čiastkových zákaziek bude zabezpečenie Stavebnotechnického dozoru investora na pozemných stavbách realizovaných verejným obstarávateľom na území mesta Bratislavy tak, aby pri nich bola v priebehu výstavby a jej prípravy zabezpečená odborná/kontrolná činnosť a sledoval sa súlad výstavby s projektovou dokumentáciou, technickými normami STN (poprípade EN) a zmluvnými podmienkami (harmonogram stavby, rozpočet stavby, kvalita) v mene Hlavného mesta SR.
