Description
Předmětem veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS budou dodávky nábytku definované CPV kódy uvedenými v čl. 4, a to v rozsahu a v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami jednotlivých výzev k podání nabídek v DNS podle § 141 zákona. Podrobně bude předmět jednotlivých veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS, včetně technických, obchodních a smluvních podmínek, vymezen vždy ve výzvě k podání nabídek ve smyslu § 141 zákona. Konkrétní specifikace předmětu plnění bude vždy vymezena v zadávací dokumentaci k příslušné veřejné zakázce zadávané v DNS a bude součástí kupní smlouvy. Termíny a místa plnění předmětu jednotlivých veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS budou stanovovány vždy ve výzvě k podání nabídek ve smyslu § 141 zákona. Zadavatel bude zadávat veřejné zakázky v DNS podle aktuálních provozních potřeb, tj. v předem neurčených nepravidelných intervalech a předem neurčených položkách a jejich množství. Zadavatel stanovuje, že dodavatel není povinen v případě legislativní změny CPV kódů (která může nastat za dobu trvání DNS) podat novou žádost o účast, souhlasí-li s touto legislativní změnou.
