1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 2 fabrycznie nowych ambulansów typu C dla Zespołów Ratownictwa Medycznego w formie leasingu. 1.1. Wzór specyfikacji cenowej ambulansów wraz z wyposażeniem wchodzącym w skład przedmiotu leasingu określa Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ, który Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wypełnić i załączyć do oferty. 1.2. Szczegółowa specyfikacja techniczna i opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wymagane warunki dla samochodu bazowego, przedziału medycznego oraz wyposażenia medycznego ambulansów zawarta jest w Załączniku Nr 3 do SWZ, który Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wypełnić i załączyć do oferty.
